It was a quick way to get some of the newer coins into a spreadsheet to track, before they hit coinmarketcap. Drive sheets can be viewed from a phone, so I think its still useful. And works when someone else hasn't made a spreadsheet script.

Its an option for coins that are not added yet to websites where u can track your coins. Or in case u don't own a smartphone and don't want to use a website or app on PC, just create it yourself in a spreadsheet and customize it just the way u want it, even with a fancy pink color if u really want it!
